From enquiry to delivery

Six steps, the same for a one-day shoot or a monthly reporting contract.

    Enquiry

    You send the location, the project size, the dates and what the footage is for. A map, drawing or chainage list helps.

  2. 2

    Plan and quote

    We reply with a plan: flight routes and heights, ground shots, number of visits, deliverables and price.

  3. 3

    Permission check

    We check the airspace zone for every site. If a zone needs prior approval, we apply and plan the schedule around it.

  4. 4

    Shoot

    Drone and ground crews record on the agreed dates, following the same routes on every repeat visit.

  5. 5

    Edit and review

    We edit, caption and colour the footage, then share a review copy. One round of changes is included.

  6. 6

    Delivery and archive

    Final files arrive in your formats. Raw footage is labelled by date and location and kept for comparison.
